- Abstract
- 현재는 변화하는 비즈니스 환경에 끊임없이 적응하는 기업만이 생존과 성장을 보장받게 된다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 다가오는 미래에 생존과 성장을 위해서 어떠한 방향으로 혁신을 추진해야 하는가라는 질문에 대해 고찰해 보고자 한다. 이를 위해 경영혁신에 대한 전반적인 개요에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 어떠한 혁신영역과 형태가 있는지 그리고 구체적인 기법의 종류를 살펴보고, 이러한 경영혁신을 한국은 어떻게 받아들이고 활용하고 있는지를 연구하였다. 미래의 기업환경은 어떻게 변화할지를 여러 미래학자들의 예측을 기반으로 살펴보고 이러한 변화에 대응하기 위한 혁신의 방향을 차세대 경영혁신으로 연구 분석하였다.
