Abstract
The averaged boundary conditions, recently introduced by one of the present authors and colleagues, are used to examine the reflection characteristics of a wire grid with rhombic cells and arbitrary incidence of a plane wave, when interwire spacing is small compared with the wavelength . They are also applicable for the ratio , when the plane wave incidence is close to normal.
