- Abstract
- Recently, since sustainability management has emerged as a major issue, the importance of research has been emphasized with interest. Therefore, this study is performed to empirically analyze the effects of economic, social and environmental factors on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty of Mongolian companies. The result of examining the determinants of sustainable management performance of Mongolian companies from TBL(triple bottom line) point of view, This study found that economic factors include financial performance, crisis management, social factors include protection of consumers, respect for employees, and environmental factors include energy efficiency.
This study is expected to show preliminary data regarding sustainable management that Mongolian companies would find useful as a practical guideline, providing additional sustainable management in the future.
In conclusion, since the level of sustainability is still in the early stages of introduction, it is necessary to analyze the management factors such as governance and corporate culture with the cross-cultural investigation in the future.
