- Abstract
- 본 연구는 도시 서민층을 위한 주택개발이 시대적 과제임에 주목하여 구미시의 중․소형 아파트 구매예정자를 대상으로 설문조사를 통한 실증적 연구를 행하였다. 주택구매는 일반상품과 달리 구매자는 그들의 요구사항에 대해 많은 정보를 탐색하고 요구를 충족시켜주는 것에 주택상품으로서 가치를 부여하고 있다. 그러나 주택구매자의 요구사항은 매우 다양하며 이는 개인의 내면적인 주거가치와 주택선호경향에 의해 표출되어진다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 중․소형 아파트 구매예정자를 대상으로 주거가치에 의한 거주지선택 및 주택구입 시 고려사항과 주택선호경향 등에 대해 조사․분석하였다.
