- Abstract
- 본 논문은 상위7-비트 온도계 코드와 하위3-비트 온도계 코드방식과 세그먼트 전류원으로 구성된 10-비트 150MHz의 CMOS 전류출력형 디지털-아날로그 데이터 변환(DAC)을 설계하였다. 글리치 에너지를 최소화하도록 Return-to-Zero 설계하였고, 제안된 10-비트 DAC는 CMOS 0.35㎛ 2-poly 4-metal 공정을 이용하여 설계하였으며, 10-비트 DAC변환기 칩의 측정결과 변환속도는 150MHz, DNL/INL은 각각 ±2.3/±0.7 LSB이며, 전체출력 전압와 전류는 1.044V/20.89mA , 전력소비는 224mW이다.
