- Abstract
- 위장관 침범 유육종증은 드물며 무증상을 보이는 경우가많아 간과하기 쉽다. 조직학적 육아종 형성을 일으킬 수 있는 다른 질환과 감별을 요하며 조직학적 확진을 통해서 진단하여야 한다. 저자 등은 폐 침범없는 위장관 유육종증을 내시경하 생검을 통해 비건락성 육아종을 확인하여 진단하고치료하였다. 이는 국내에서는 드문 증례이므로 문헌 고찰과함께 이를 보고하는 바이다.
