장애인 복지관 시설 서비스품질 요소의 우선순위 분석

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analysis the order of Facilietis Service Quality’s priority on Rehabilitation Center for adapted physical activity. This study focused ot the method and result of the 2nd stage. Th e first stage participants of study was 5 experts and Second staeg of participants was 20 rehabilitation center’ s employees. As a statistical analysis method, Analytic Hierarch yProcess(AHP) was used to decide the order o f priority on the top-ranking four, demand factors and their resepctive sub-factors for the support system introduced using the Expert Choice 2000. As a result of analysis of the priority among the degrees of importance for the four top-ranking factors, the top priority was HVAC(Hetaing, Ventalating, and air conditioning) env-i ronment, and the order of priority for the rest was aesthetics, accessibility and cleanliness.
