- Abstract
- 미세 먼지의 노출은 호흡기 특히 천식의 급성 악화와 병원 방문, 입원율 및 사망률을 증가시킨다. 장기적으로는 폐기능의 감소, 천식의 발생과의 연관성이 보고되고 있다. 따라서 미세 먼지의 천식에 대한 영향과 기전에 대한 더 많은연구가 필요하며 국가적인 대책이 필요할 것으로 여겨진다.
