- Abstract
- 시설물 관리 방법중에는 해당 시설물에 설치된 RFID/NFC 테그를 리딩하거나 카메라를 이용해서 바코드/QR코드를 인식하면 태그/코드에 저장된 URL 정보를 이용하여 해당 시설물 관리 URL에 접속하는 방법이 있다. 그러나 기존의 시설물 관리를 위한 고장 접수화면들이 복잡하고 접수 방법이 어렵기 때문에 사고 신고시 접수에 혼란이 가중될 수 있는 문제점이 있다. 그리고 해당 시설물에 접근이 어렵거나 테그/코드들의 훼손시 정확하게 접수하기 힘든 문제점이 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 시설물 별로 발생 가능한 고장 리스트를 맞춤형 화면으로 제공하여 손쉽게 원클릭을 통한 고장 접수 및 신고가 가능하도록 cloud 환경에서 관망구성요소 맞춤형 상태 입력 시스템을 제안한다.
