Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference bewteen expert and beginner through a k-inematic analysis of Renverse in ballet. Sixteen female ballet dancers participated in this study. They weredivided into an expert group(age, 25.38 years; height, 163.38cm; mass, 49.75kg, carrer; 14.38years) and abeginner(age, 20.88 years; height, 161.63cm; mass, 48.88kg, carrer; 8.12years) depending on their baller experience. Descriptive data were expressed as mean ± standard dveiation(SD) for all variables including theduration time, displacement and velocity of the center of the obdy, angle of the joint, and torque of the join t. An independent t-test was conducted to determine how the variables differed between the experts and nonexperts. All comparisons were made at the p<.05 significance level. The result show that the expert scoredhigh on the kinemetical variables although the variables were not significant. Significant differences were foundin the duration time and the angle of the joint. The findings of this study indicate that the experts have the requiredskill to perform the Renverse compared the nonexpert.
