- Abstract
- 심부 정맥 혈전증과 폐 색전증은 정형외과 수술 후 발생할 수 있는 심각하고 치명적인 합병증이다. 슬관절 수술 이후에 발생한 증상이 있는 폐 색전증은 대부분 인공관절 치환술 후 발생한 예들이 보고되었고, 슬개골 골절에서 발생한 예는 드물다. 저자들은 슬개골 골절 수술 후 증상이 있는 폐 색전증이 발생한 42세 여자 환자를 경험하여 보고하고자 한다.
