- 조직은 구성원들이 어떻게 사고하고 행동하느냐에따라 그 미래가 결정된다. 사람은 소통과 신뢰에 의해 움직이게 된다. 그런 의미에서 정신건강의학과 의사와 대한신경정신의학회의 미래는 적게는 학회의 임원, 나아가 회원들 개개인의 건강하고 헌신적인 소통과 리더십, 파트너십에 의해 달려있다고 하겠다.
