Abstract
The catalytic enantioselective electrophilic fluorination of alpha-chloro-beta-keto phosphonates promoted by chiral palladium complexes has been developed, allowing facile synthesis of the corresponding alpha-chloro-alpha-fluoro-beta-keto phosphonates with excellent enantioselectivity (up to 95% ee).
