| dc.description.abstract | 미래의 물류정책은 규모의 경제와 범위의 경제적 특성으로 대형물류기업 정책에서 중견물류기업을 위한 정책으로 그리고 동반 성장하는 동기가 필요하다. FTA로 국제물류네워크의 중요성이 강조되고 있는 현실에서 물류서비스업의 구조조정은 불가피하다. 물류기업은 중견 및 대기업 모두 글로벌화 되어 있는 산업이며 글로벌화는 중요한 핵심 경쟁요소이다. 글로벌 물류시장은 대형물류기업과 중견물류기업의 시장이 일정부분 분리되어있다. 물류산업은 각각 특성화된 역할을 분담하고 있는 분사구조의 컨소시엄 형태 산업이다. 그리고 중견물류기업은 글로벌 물류환경 구조에서 물류서비스를 핵심역량으로 강화한다. 따라서 중견물류기업 운영에 관한 효율성과 생산성에 관한 연구가 요구된다. 본 연구는 DEA/WINDOW, Malmquist분석으로 안정성과 생산성 변화를 검증하였다. WINDOW 분석결과는 ㈜천경이 0.008로 나타나 가장 안정적이다. Malmquist 분석결과는 DMU별로는 2007-2008년도 1.196에서 2008-2009년도 0.904로 생산성이 악화 되었다. 2009-2010년도에 회복세를 보이다가 2010-2011년 다소 감소하는 추세를 보였다. 경영의 효율성은 장금상선, 한익스프레스, 한국파렛트풀, 천경해운㈜, 선진해운항공, ㈜동진이다. Frontier 분석 결과는 한국로지스풀의 평균값이 1 미만으로 기술진보가 미비하였다. | - |
