- Abstract
- 목적: 망막분지정맥폐쇄환자에서 폐쇄분지의 위치에 따라 임상적 양상을 알아보고자 한다. 대상과 방법: 망막분지정맥폐쇄 91안을 Duke-Elder and Wybar가 망막분지를 분류하였던 개념을 도입하여 폐쇄위치에 따라 유두주변정맥폐쇄군(A군), 주요정맥폐쇄군(B군), 부정맥폐쇄군(C군), 세정맥폐쇄군(D군)으로 나누어 초진 및 최종시력과 시력 호전정도, 황반부두께 및 주변 순환상태에 대해 분석하였다. 결과: 황반두께(μm)는 A군 575.33 ± 178.44, B군 511.92 ± 218.02, C군 397.21 ± 144.51, D군 336.68 ± 120.55, 망막의 허혈범위(DD)는 A군 22.00 ± 13.28, B군 18.26 ± 10.12, C군 12.52 ± 10.52, D군 12.36 ± 11.92으로 폐쇄분지가 상위일수록 황반두께가두껍고, 허혈범위가 넓었다(p＜0.05). 시력, 황반부주변 순환상태 등의 다른 인자에서는 네 군 간에 차이를 보이지 않았다. 결론: 망막분지정맥폐쇄에서 폐쇄분지의 위치가 망막의 허혈범위와 황반부종의 정도에 영향을 미치는 인자이나 이는 최종시력를 예측하는 인자는 아니었다.
