공공스포츠 센터의 조직공정성이 조직신뢰, 조직몰입 및 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among organization justice, organization trust, organization commitment and organizational citizenship behavior of public sport centers. The subjects were employee from fifteen public sport centers, and 225 data were collected and 223 of them were chosen as for final data analysis. Data processing was done for frequency analysis using SPSSWIN Ver. 18.0 and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis using AMOS 18.0. Based on the above study method and procedures, the result of the study are summarized as follows. First, organization justice had significant influence on organization trust. Second, organization trust had significant influence on organization commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. Third, organization commitment had significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior.
