- Abstract
- The purpose of this study was to present guidelines that will help to develop putting skill by analyzing shot put technique in elementary, middle, and high school female shot-putting players. To accomplish this study, we filmed shot-putting motion by using four cameras in the 41st National Junior Sports Festival and the 93rd National Sports Festival. The results were as follows: 1) the records of the elementary school group were not significantly correlated with any kinematic variables, 2) the records of the middle school group were significantly correlated with the length of glide and the angular velocity of trunk, and 3) the records of the high school group were correlated significantly with the horizontal velocity of put.
