- Abstract
- 장기 생존하는 암 환자와 만성적인 암성 통증을 호소하는환자가 늘어나면서 마약성 진통제의 의존 또는 중독의 문제가 대두되고 있다. 그러나 암 환자들은 우울, 불안, 불면 등정신건강의 장애를 가지고 있는 경우가 많기 때문에 마약성진통제 의존 또는 중독과 이런 장애와의 감별은 중요하다. 저자들은 암성 통증의 조절을 위해 마약성 진통제를 사용한73세 남자 환자에서 마약성 진통제 의존 또는 중독 증상을의심하였으나, 우울증으로 판명된 1예를 경험하여 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
