- 소아복부의 사고에 의한 이물질은 삼킴이나 외상에 의해 유발된다. 이 논문은 소아복부에서 사고에 의한 이물질의 다양한 영상소견에 대해 기술하고자 한다. 복부사진, 투시검사, 위장관 조영검사와 CT는 이물질의 위치와 종류, 그리고 장천공과 폐색을 포함한 합병증을 평가하는 데 도움이 된다.
