- Abstract
- 자궁내막증은 가임기 여성에서 비교적 흔하게 발생하는 질환으로 골반내에서 발생하는 것이 대부분이나 신체 다양한 부위에서 발생할수 있으며, 그 중 폐의 자궁내막증은 복강외 자궁내막 증의 약 반수를 차지하나 매우 드문 질환이다. 저자들은 월경성 기흉을 주소로 내원한 40세 여자 환자에서 흉강경하 횡격막 부분절제술을 시행하여 조직학적 확진 후 gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist를 이용해 치료한 드문 예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
