- 3차원 영상과 재구성한 CT 영상들은 기정맥계의 해부학적 위치와 크기의 변화, 주변 혈관들의 변화, 동반된 혈관이나 장기들의 기형 및 질환 등을 볼 수 있어, CT는 기정맥계의 선천성과 후천성 이상을 진단하는 데 유용하다. 저자들은 기정맥계에 생기는 다양한 질환들의 CT 소견에 대해 알아보고자 한다.
