- Abstract
- 우리나라의 지능형 교통체계(ITS)는 「국가통합교통체계효율화법」에 근거한 ITS 사업시행지침 및 각 ITS 표준에 의하여 구축되고 있다. 그러나 주요 ITS 설비에 대한 기술적 특징과 시공․구축에 대한 기술기준이 마련되어 있지 않은 채, 단 몇 개의 사업시행지침과 정보교환기술에 치우쳐 있는 ITS 표준만으로는 스마트한 지능형 교통체계(ITS) 구축을 기대하기 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 현행 법적 제도의 현황 및 문제점을 파악하고 스마트한 지능형 교통체계(ITS) 구축을 위한 기술기준 제정의 필요성에 대하여 살펴보기로 한다.
