- Abstract
- 방추세포암종은 조직학적으로 편평세포와 방추세포성분을 모두 가지고 있는 매우 드문 종양이다. 보고가 적어 최근까지도 종양의 조직형성, 치료, 예후에 대한 논란이 많다. 치료는 편평세포와 유사하다. 최근 저자들은 52세 여성에서 자궁경부에 발생한 방추세포암종을 진단하여 전자궁절제술로 치료한 드문 예를 경험하여 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
