- Abstract
- 삼일열 말라리아로 인한 중추신경계 합병증은 전 세계적으로 매우 드물며 국내에서는 2예의 발생만이 보고되었다. 저자들은 삼일열 말라리아를 진단받은 51세 남자에서 삼일열 말라리아에 대한 적절한 치료 중 발생한 의식저하, 간대성 근 경련에 대하여 삼일열 말라리아에 대한 치료 유지와 대증치료로 신경학적 후유증 없이 회복된 예를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다.
