Abstract
This study aims to compare and analyze physical activity and calorie consumption in relations with participation events in sports for all and classification of eating habits in somatotype of physical disability sport,to suggest good events to improve physical activity and provide appropriate basic materials and to help enjoy healthy life in physical disability sport. This study measured physical activity and calorie consumption for 1week, day of non-participation and day of participation with 215physical disability people. Finally, The following results were obtained. Based on this result, exercises moving the body frequently such as badminton was found effective in increasing in physical activity in physical disability sport. In the day of participating in sports for all, physical activity was more than double and calorie consumption was also increased compared with the day of not participating irrespective of somatotype or classification of eating habits. Also, the healthy group with good eating habits and the Mesomorphy group had high physical activity and calorie consumption. Furthermore, Endomorphy and health risk and health high risk subjects should participate in physical activity(exercise) and improve their eating habits to enjoy healthy life in their years.
