| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 핵심역량의 개념과 가치를 제시하고, 외국의 핵심역량에 대한 분석을 통해서 한국 유치원 교원 핵심역량의 내용과 수준을 구성하기 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는 것이다. 연구결과 첫째, 유치원 교원 핵심역량의 개념은 유아들에게 질적인 환경, 경험, 관계를 제공하고 발달적 요구를 충족시키기 위해서 필요한 지식, 기술, 태도를 맥락과 상황에 맞게 효과적으로 통합, 조직, 실천, 반성할 수 있는 능력이다. 둘째, 미국, 영국, 캐나다의 공통적인 유치원 교원 핵심역량 영역은 유아 성장과 발달, 유아 관찰과 평가, 유아와의 상호작용, 학습환경과 교육과정, 학급 및 프로그램 운영, 건강‧영양‧안전, 가족과 지역사회, 전문성과 리더십이다. 핵심역량의 수준은 학력과 경력에 따라 3수준에서 6수준까지 다양하다. 셋째, 분석에 근거하여 우리나라 유치원 교원 핵심역량 영역은 유아(학습자)에 대한 이해, 교육과정 운영, 평가의 이해 및 실행, 대인관계 및 의사소통 실천, 학급운영, 교직 인성 및 전문성 개발 영역으로 구성할 수 있다. 핵심역량 수준은 지식의 위계구조와 경력 및 직급별 체제에 근거하여 초임교사, 경력교사, 부장교사 및 원감, 원장의 4수준으로 구성할 수 있다. 이러한 유치원 교원 핵심역량은 유아들의 기본학습능력, 예비교사 핵심역량과 연계되어야 하고 경력 모듈에 반영되어야 할 것이다. | - |
