- Abstract
- Hydatids of Morgagni는 양성질환이며 유경성(pedunculated), 낭성 구조물로서 난소술(fimbria) 근처의 나팔관아래위치인 mu ¨llerian vestiges에서 기원한다. 염전이나 허혈이 발생하기 이전에는 대게 임상적인 증상이 없다. Hydatid of Morgagni의 염전은 드물게 보고되는 질환으로 저자들은 소아에서 발생한 양측성 hydatid of Morgagni에 염전이 동반되었던 1예를 보고하고자 한다.
