dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to make clear the importance of the physical environment in the revisit intension. Especially, different from the past studies, this study postulates that the reciprocity perception and consumption emotion play an essential mediating role in the relationship between the physical environment in a health clubs and the revisit intension. According to the results, the social factor and ambient factor positively influence on the both reciprocity perception and revisit intension. Also, the design factor positively influences on the reciprocity perception and revisit intension. Finally, the reciprocity perception and consumption emotion influence on the revisit intension. Thus, this study demonstrates that consumption emotion and reciprocity perception indeed play a mediating role between the physical environment and revisit intension.-
