- Abstract
- 본 연구는 노인장기요양보험제도 시행이후 이용자들의 선택권이 확대되는 시점에서 노인요양시설에서 제공되는 서비스의 질이 중요한 영향을 미칠 것이며, 이에 주요한 서비스 공급주체인 노인요양시설 종사자들이 스스로 서비스 질에 대해 어떻게 평가하고 있는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이에 충남지역 노인요양시설 종사자를 대상으로 역량, 의미성, 자기결정력, 영향력 등의 하위변인으로 이루어진 역량강화 자기인식 요인이 서비스 질에 대한 자기평가 수준에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하였다. 분석결과 의미성, 자기결정력, 영향력 등이 서비스 질에 대한 자기평가에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 자신의 직무에 중요한 가치를 부여할수록, 주어진 업무를 스스로 결정에 의해 선택할수록, 자신의 업무에 영향을 많이 미칠수록 서비스 질에 대해 긍정적으로 평가하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 종사자들의 서비스 질을 향상시킬 수 있기 위해서는 노인요양시설 뿐만 아니라 재가요양기관 종사자들에게도 서비스 내용에 부합되는 맞춤형 교육 프로그램의 개발 및 보급이 절대적으로 이루어져야 할 것으로 기대한다.
