- Abstract
- 장골 림프절에 생기는 Kikuchi병은 드물고 더욱이 복통을 동반한 림프절염으로 발현된 경우는 더욱 드물다. 저자들은 발열과 좌하복부 동통을 주소로 한 7세 여아에서 외장골 림프절에 생긴 Kikuchi병을 경험하여 초음파와 CT 소견을 보고하고자 한다.
