- Abstract
- 신생아에서 견관절의 화농성 관절염은 매우 드물며, 근위 상완골 성장판 및 골화점 손상 시 견관절에 장애를 남긴다. 따라서 조기 진단과 그에 따른 적절한 치료가 중요시된다. 저자들은 생후 9일된 신생아에서 견관절 화농성 관절염에 대하여 2.4 mm 완관절용 관절경을 이용하여 치료하였으며, 관절 내 상태를 직접 확인할 수 있었고 관절 내 염증성 육아조직 및 부유물을 제거하고 충분한 관절 세척을 시행하여 후유증 없이 만족할 만한 임상결과를 얻을 수 있었다.
