- Abstract
- 크론병은 국소 장염으로서 알려져 있다. 크론병의 장관 이외의 증상은 비교적 흔하며, 피부 궤양, 결절 홍반과 관절염을 포함한다. 크론병에 의한 외음부의 질환들도 보고되고 있다. 대부분의 산부인과 의사들은 외음부 질환이 있는 환자를 크론병의 의한 합병증으로 생각하기 쉽지 않으며, 일반적으로 바르톨린 농양으로 생각한다. 저자들은 크론병에 의한 외음부 샛길과 바르톨린 농양 수술 후 합병증을 경험하였기에 보고한다.
