- Abstract
- 무심장 쌍태아 (acardiac twin)는 다태 임신에서 매우드물게 발생하는 기형으로 대부분 단일 양막성 쌍태아(monochorionic twin)에서 발생하며 약 35,000명 당 1명정도의 빈도를 보인다. 저자들은 임신 26주에 일측 하지형태로 보인 무심장 쌍태아의 추적 산전 초음파 소견과 출생 후 소견을 보고하고자 한다.
