- Abstract
- 급성 췌장염의 원인은 매우 다양하고 10∼15%에서는 원인을 알지 못한다. 따라서 반복적인 복통이나 췌장염 재발의 과거력이 있을 경우 췌장의 선천성 질환을 의심하고 이에 대한 검사를 시행해야 한다. 분할 췌는 비교적 흔한 선천적 기형으로, 배측 췌관의 원위부가 부유두에 인접한 부위에서 낭상으로 확장된 santorinicele이 동반되는 경우 췌액 저류로 인해 췌장염이 반복적으로 발생할 수 있다. 저자들은 반복적인 복통의 과거력이 있는 급성 췌장염 환자에서 브루셀라병 및 rifampin을 원인으로 생각하고 치료하여 호전되었으나, 췌장염이 다시 악화되어 MRCP를 이용하여 santorinicele을 동반한 분할 췌를 진단하였고 내시경 치료로 호전된 1예를 경험하여 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고한다.
