- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 국가 수준의 정보를 체계적이고 원활하게 제공하고 이와 관련한 실행을 지원하는 온라인 기반의 시스템인 국가교육과정정보센터(National Curriculum Information Center: NCIC)의 사용성 문제점을 도출하고 이를 개선하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 교육과정에 관련된 선행연구와 국내·외 우수 교육과정 온라인지원시스템 분석을 통해 교육과정에 대한 맥락을 이해하고, 이를 바탕으로 본 시스템의 실증적 평가인 사용자 테스팅, 관찰 및 심층 인터뷰 등을 설계하여 교사들을 대상으로 사용성 평가를 수행하였다. NCIC의 사용성 평가 결과를 바탕으로 사용성 문제와 요구 사항을 도출하였고, NCIC의 사용자 경험을 개선할 수 있는 개선 방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 개선 사항은 교육과정이라는 본연의 과업과 맥락을 고려하여, 효과적이고 효율적인 업무 수행과 사용자 경험을 만들어 갈 수 있는 교육과정 온라인지원시스템인 NCIC의 UX/UI 개선에 대한 가이드를 제공했다는 데 의의가 있다.
