- Abstract
- 본 연구는 높은 기부금 수입을 통해 지속가능한 운영을 유지하고 있는 10개의 복지 NPO의 특성을 사례분석을 통해 탐색하였다. 다음으로 선행연구 검토를 통해 평가 기준을 도출하여 해당 NPO 기관을 평가하였다. 마지막으로 이러한 논의를 토대로 국내 복지 NPO의 지속가능한 성장과 발전을 위한 발전 방향을 제시하였다. 평가결과 기부금 수입이 높은 국내 복지 관련 NPO들은 모두 투명성이 높고, 재무안전성이 높았다. 또한 효율성 부분에서도 3점 후반대 이상으로 비교적 높은 효율성을 보였다. 또한 기부자들과 소통하기 위해 다양한 SNS를 사용하고 있음을 확인하였다. 이는 NPO들이 기부자들의 중요성을 인지하고 기부금 활성화에 최선을 다하고 있음을 보여주는 결과이다. 이러한 분석결과를 통해 NPO가 독립적인 활동을 할 수 있도록 학술적․정책적 함의를 제시하고자 한다.
