- Abstract
- 요천추신경근박리는 대개 골반 골절과 관련되어 생기는 드문 질환이다. 저자들은 두 증례를 통해 요천추신경근박리의 특징적인 MR 소견을 보고하고자 한다. 첫 번째 증례는 이전에 골반 골절이나 고관절탈구와 같은 과거력이 없었지만, 특징적인 MR 척추강조영술 소견을 보였고, 두 번째 증례에서는 이전에 보고된 적이 없는 요천추신경근박리로 생긴 이차적인 MR 소견이 보였다.
