| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 다문화 청소년의 이중문화 수용태도가 진로결정성에 미치는 영향과 성취동기를 통한 성별의 조절된 매개효과를 분석하는 것이다. 이러한 연구 목적을 위해 다문화청소년 패널 조사의 8차년도 자료에서 외국인 어머니와 한국인 아버지로 구성된 다문화 가정 자녀 1,022명을 대상으로 하여 분석을 수행하였다. 주요 분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다문화 청소년의 이중문화 수용태도는 진로결정성에 정적으로 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 다문화 청소년의 성취동기는 이중문화 수용태도가 진로결정성에 미치는 영향을 부분 매개하였다. 이중문화 수용태도가 성취동기를 증가시켰고, 증가된 성취동기가 진로결정성을 증가시켰다. 셋째, 다문화 청소년의 성별이 이중문화 수용태도가 성취동기를 통해 진로결정성에 미치는 간접효과를 조절하였다. 여자 청소년에 비해 남자 청소년에게서 해당 간접효과가 두드러졌다. 본 연구의 결과를 기반으로 다문화 청소년의 진로 준비를 지원하기 위한 다양한 실천적 함의를 제안하였다. | - |
