- Abstract
- 연구목적 본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 진지한 여가 활동이 행복에 미치는 영향을 확인하고 유아교사의 진지한 여가 활동의 중요성을 검증하는 것이다. 연구방법 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 설문조사를실시하였으며, 연구대상은 충청남도 내에 소재한 유아교육기관에 근무중인 유아교사를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료 중 총 316부를 SPSS Statistics 25 프로그램을 사용하여 연구결과를도출하였다. 결과 첫째, 유아교사의 진지한 여가와 행복은 정적인 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 진지한 여가 수준은 행복에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 통해 유아교사의 진지한 여가 활동 수준에 따라 유아교사의 행복에 유의미한 영향을 미친다는 결론을 도출하였다. 결론 따라서 유아교사의 진지한 여가 활동을 장려하고 여가활동이 유아교사로서 누릴 수 있는권리임을 강조하고자 한다
