Abstract
This article aimed to provide an insight to foster Occupational Identity of Equestrian Leader based on determining an influence relationship between antecedents and outcome relevant to Occupational Identity by analyzing a theoretical model with Occupation reputation, commitment, pride, sense of mission, Occupational Identity, and adherence intention of Equestrian Leader. Accordingly, the frequency analysis, the exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation model analysis were administrated with SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. The findings show as follows. First, Occupational Identity had the significant effect on commitment, pride, and sense of mission. Second, commitment and pride had the non-significant effect on Occupational Identity, whereas sense of mission had significant effect. Fourth, Occupational Identity had the significant effect on adherence intention. Fifth, specifically, in terms of indirect effect paths of Occupation reputation, sense of mission, and adherence intention were significant.
