Abstract
Primary cutaneous angiosarcoma is a rare vascular tumor usually affecting the whole body, and its hypermetabolic features on F-18-FDG PET/CT may be confused with those of infection, metastasis, or primary malignancy. This is a case report of a cutaneous angiosarcoma of the lower anterior abdomen showing increased FDG uptake on F-18-FDG PET/CT mimicking a cutaneous metastasis in an 84-year-old woman with cervical cancer.
