- Abstract
- 자궁근종은 가장 흔한 자궁의 양성 종양이다. 변성이 없는 자궁근종은 전형적인 영상소견을 보여 영상의학적 검사로 쉽게 진단할 수 있다. 하지만 변성된 자궁근종은 다양한 영상소견을 보일 수 있고 자궁근종의 변성으로 인한 비전형적인 영상소견들은 자궁근종의 진단에 혼란을 야기할 수 있다. 이 논문에서, 저자들은 양측 난소의 표면상피세포 종양과 유사하게 보이는 심한 낭 및 점액변성을 동반한 자궁근종의 증례를 보고하고자 한다.
