청소년의 자아탄력성과 적응성의 관계 - 한국과 팔레스타인 초등학생 비교분석 -

Abstract

This study was designed to investigate the effect of resilience on adaptability and to verify if there is meaningful difference in resilience and adaptability of primary school students in Korea and Palestine. Data were collected from 164 Korean primary school students in D city and 115 Palestinian primary school students in Hebron city. As a result, there is a meaningful difference of external environmental factors in resilience, learning adaptability, and introversive adaptability between Korean and Palestinian students. Resilience is indicated as one of the factors that affect the adaptability of both Korea and Palestine. The study indicates that internal factors in resilience have a greater effect compared to other factors. These consequences are important in making various plans in terms of cognitive, emotional problems of teenagers by figuring out teenager’s characteristics in Korea and Palestine in view of multicultural counseling.
