국내 항공 관련 논문의 연구동향에 관한 내용분석: 2010-2014년 항공 및 관광관련 학술등재지 게재 논문을 중심으로

Abstract

This study analyzed the research trend of 267 airline industry related studies published in Aviation and Tourism KCI(Korea Citation Index) Journals from 2010 to 2014. Using content analysis, the study classified the articles based on research journal, research subjects & topic, research methodology, and references. The findings showed that the volume of airline industry-related studies has increased gradually since 2010. Marketing and human resource management turned out to be two major themes. In addition questionnaire survey was a main method to carry out the research. Regarding research methodology, the portion of quantitative approaches was overwhelmingly larger than that of qualitative ones. Descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and regression analysis were mostly used. Finally the reference analysis revealed that the ratio of average number of foreign article references turned out to be higher than that of domestic ones. The study concluded with the implications of the study and future research areas.
