- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 독거노인의 고독사 가능성 인식에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는 것이다. 분석에 활용한 데이터는 인천광역시 미추홀구 지역에 거주하는 65세 이상의 독거노인 265명을 대상으로 하였으며 자료는 2016년 10월에 수집되었다. 자료분석은 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 상관관계, 로지스틱회귀분석 그리고 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 홀로 죽을 수 있다고 생각하는 가능성 인식에 대해서는 만성질환 수와 우울이 높은 통계적 관련성을 나타냈다. 둘째, 홀로 죽은 후 타인에 의해 발견되는데 걸리는 예측 시간에 있어서는 독거 기간, 비공식적 사회적 관계망, 공식적 사회적 관계망 그리고 우울이 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 기반으로 독거노인의 고독사 방지와 지원 방안을 제시하였다.
