- Abstract
- 본 연구는 시각장애인의 업무 만족도, 여가 참여, 자아존중감, 그리고 장애 수용도 간의 구조적 관계를 탐색하고, 업무 만족도 및 여가 참여와 장애 수용 간의 관계에서 자아존중감의 역할을 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2016년 장애인고용패널조사 2차 웨이브 1차 조사 데이터 중 시각장애가 주된 장애 유형이며 현재 일을 한다고 답한 330명의 응답을 분석에 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 시각장애인이 경험하는 업무 만족도는 장애 수용도에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 자아존중감을 통해서도 간접적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 시각장애인의 여가활동 참여는 장애 수용도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 않았지만, 자아존중감을 통해 장애 수용도에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 일과 여가 영역에서 시각장애인의 장애 수용도를 높이기 위한 실천적 방안에 대해 논의하였다.
