- Abstract
- 본 연구는 1인 청년가구를 중심으로 청년기 발달과업 수행에 대한 자신감이 어떠한 형태로 유형화되는지 살펴보고 유형별로 영향을 미치는 경제적 예측요인을 탐색하고자 하였다. 즉, 청년기의 생애단계에서 이루어야 할 발달과업들에 대한 자신감이 어떠한 형태로 유형화되는지 살펴보고 각 유형에 영향을 미치는 경제적 예측요인을 규명해 보는 것이 본 연구의목적이다. 이를 위해 한국노동패널의 19차년도(2016) 자료를 이용하여 1인 청년 가구주를 대상으로 잠재프로파일분석 및 다항로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 청년기 발달과업 수행에 대한 자신감에 따라 3개의 잠재집단 유형을 확인하였고 이를 ‘충만형’, ‘보통형’, ‘위축형’으로 명명하였다. 그리고 자신감 유형의 경제적 예측요인으로 금융자산과 주거비 지출액이 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 근거하여 자립하는 청년들을 위한 제도적 차원에서의 경제적인 지원을 역설하였고 금융복지 및 주거안정 정책을 논의하였다.
