- Abstract
- We fabricated ultrathin flexible organic thin film transistors with fluoropolymer encapsulations by using water-debonding process. The total thickness of freestanding TFTs was about 2\im. We conducted the bending test to the bending radius down to 2.5mm and confirmed that the electrical characteristics were maintained. © 2018 by Society for Information Display. All rights reserved.
