Abstract
We developed a barrier structure that has stability of WVTR characteristics after folding by using a neutral plane. tOdyad of Al2O3 and n-hexane multilayer barrier was placed on the neutral plane. We measure change of before and after WVTR property by folding at a bending radius 1 mm. © 2018 by Society for Information Display. All rights reserved.
