- Abstract
- As the brushless DC (BLDC) motor is getting widely used in industry, vehicle and home appliances, it is necessary to design to satisfy the performance specification. But because of switching current signal, the BLDC shows different performances in ideal current source analysis and six-step voltage source analysis. Actually, as the BLDC derived by the voltage source, the performance in voltages source analysis is more accurate compared with that of current source analysis. In this paper, the structural design methodology considering response time of phase current in BLDC motor is suggested through comparative analysis between two BLDC motor which designed in different design concepts. © 2018 KIEE EMECS (KIEE Electrical Machinery and Energy Conversion Systems).
